The Company
The ISO group is an IT solution provider specialized in the optimization of business processes for tourism companies, especially tour operators. ISO analyzes existing processes and works together with clients on how these can be optimized using our IT solutions. All of ISO‘s products and processes assure certified quality according to ISO 9001. ISO‘s systems are used by Air Canada Vacations, the World of TUI, Thomas Cook, the Emirates Group, Etihad and Amadeus to name a few.
The ISO Canada office in Montreal is part of the ISO Group and was established in 2005. Our team provides development, customization, project management and functional, operational and sales support. All projects are managed carefully and precisely according to our certified quality assurance guidelines. The operational and functional support can be offered on a 24/7 basis.
In fall 2008 the ISO Canada team was rewarded for its outstanding work and accomplishments when it won gold and silver in the 15th annual National Bank of Canada award for small and medium-sized enterprises. The following year and in 2010 ISO was honored by that award in silver.
