Pacific by ISO Travel Solutions now supports new Accounting Modules

The travel software supplier from Nuremberg has expanded its reservation system Pacific by adding several features: an interface to Germany’s First Data company Telecash, a commission monitoring, support for vouchers, new combination rules for price reduction and a cash book function.

The new functions of ISO’s reservation system Pacific let tour operators optimize their financial accounting. A special monitoring makes individualized commissions possible. In addition to general rules, which can be stored centrally in the system, users can also capture individual regulations with the module. Customer groups and services can be defined in different sets.

Price reductions are now equally flexible thanks to the new combination rules: The user decides how a price incentive is combined with early booking discounts, children prices etc.

The new cashbook module is used for cash payments in travel agencies. It allows creating and managing cash-based booking payments. Thanks to this “automatic cash book”, separate accounting is a thing of the past. Tour operators no longer need to manually create daily and monthly settlements.

And the new Telecash interface makes payments even easier for tour operators. Payment data for Telecash can be entered by calling up a link from the GUI of the ISO software. Telecash then checks the credit card data and the payment and passes the data back to the ISO software. Thus payments by credit card, PayPal, direct debit and instant transfers are all available in a single interface.

The reservation system Pacific by ISO Travel Solutions is a web-based, modularly designed system for use by tourist companies such as operators and travel agents of all sizes. This modern system offers comprehensive functions and supports the entire tourism workflow. The modular design allows combining the individual function modules flexible to match the desired application.
