Quotation module
- Canary allows the user to create quotations for individual or group proposals. Quotations can easily be created within a few steps:
- Select a client profile
- Select the tour or single products you are intending to quote
- Indicate the group size
- Select purchase or sales price calculation
- Define a mark-up for each component and/or for the total package (optional)
- Decide whether the prices should be listed as total prices or price per service
- Select the quotation’s currency and language
- Different versions of the quotation can be generated and printed. An easy direct transfer into a reservation of a PNR can be done
- Other features of the quotation module include:
- Display of hints per tour, hotel and other services (e.g. pool closed on property)
- Assignment of internal notes to the quotation
- Assignment of multimedia-data, to be printed on itinerary documents
- Overview of the quotation history
Reservation system
- The booking system can handle the following booking status:
- On Request
- Option Booking
- Confirmed Booking

- Each change generates a complete history trace with a new version
- Prices are calculated automatically by the system during the reservation process
- Assign price codes to customers, to guarantee that different prices can be calculated depending on specific booking client. This highly sophisticated pricing module covers all scenarios of prices e.g. child reduction, 14=10 reductions, extra charges, group prices, meal prices, period prices and more
- Ensure the correct print-out of invoices, vouchers, rooming lists, etc. in the client language with its document management
- Timer functionality ensures the print-out of documents on specified dates and times
- E-mail or fax documents directly to client

Transfers
- Manage various types of transfers including incoming transfers (airport – hotel), outgoing transfers (hotel – airport), connecting transfers (hotel – hotel) and transfers included in excursions/ packages

- Arrange different routes or assign bus drivers and tour guides according to the language sign of the pax
Transfer Setup
- Automatically calculate the correct price of a transfer according to the route and the number of booked passengers

Quick change
- Apply changes on a range of products and bookings instead of doing changes one by one
- Rebook a number of PNRs at the same time. E.g. exchange one hotel room with another
Queue
- Control and support the internal workflow of a company with the queue system e.g.
- Automatically forward new or changed bookings into specific queues for review or processing
- Optionally assign filter rules to a queue, the queue system contains a multitude of further rules, rights and possibilities
Online credit card
- Connect to merchant account to let the user enter credit card payments which can be authorized and settled online
- After such settlement an entry is registered in Canary’s module “accounts receivable” to be transferred to an accounting system
