Receptive Tour Operator JAC Travel Canada selects Canary to drive growth

Incoming agency C Germany Tours, from Norderstedt near Hamburg, specialized on travelers from Arab countries visiting Germany successfully implemented the tour operator solution Pacific from ISO Travel Solutions.

ISO is proud to announce a new client in North America: JAC Travel Canada (JAC).
JAC is an inbound tour operator specializing in custom and packaged tours to Canada and the USA for both groups and FIT. JAC receives thousands of international tourists each year and has enjoyed strong growth in multiple market segments.

JAC will roll out ISO's incoming tour operator solution suite Canary and the new module "Supplier Extranet" with its XML Internet Booking Engine. Both modules will enable JAC to sell products online and allow suppliers to load products and contracts on a real time basis. The ISO CRM system Emerald will be added at the end of 2010.

Gillian Beath, President of JAC says: "JAC had outgrown our existing systems which were not scaling with our growth. We made the decision to make a strategic investment in our capabilities, then reviewed the market for a platform to enable us to offer the products and services our clients demand. After evaluating multiple solutions, the ISO product suite presented the best combination of out-of-the-box capabilities and powerful configuration options to suit our business needs. The Canary module provides the flexibility we need to offer highly customized packages with rapid quote turnarounds and automated processing."

Holger Voss, Director of Business Development welcomes JAC Travel Canada to join the array of successful ISO tour operator clients : "JAC Travel Canada is eager to implement a strong backbone to JAC's growing inbound travel business. We believe we offer the most advanced capabilities in the market with the ability to customize and enhance our modules to enable JAC to drive revenue growth from new markets and products. JAC Travel did their homework by conducting an extensive RFP process resulting in the selection of ISO."
