ISO Travel Solutions at the ITB 2015

The new Internet Booking Engine by ISO Travel Solutions is an interface that connects operator reservation systems and providers of tourist services with the Internet. IBE can be fully integrated with existing Website layouts and can therefore be used in all environments, whether B2B or B2C. Designed for acquiring of new customers and making internal work procedures simpler, the IBE comes with interfaces to all the necessary external suppliers. Moreover, an optional Content Management System (CMS) can handle Web content and does not require special programming skills. Distribution Catalyst, ISO’s cache component, acts as a self-learning, high-performance player within the IBE – for price calculations in this Big Data environment.

Special versions of the IBE are available for certain service categories such as hotels and cruises. A fuzzy search provides reliable results even for highly complex and flexible customer queries. The IBE also offers TripAdvisor ratings as well as integration with Google Analytics and other Web tracking tools.

Beside the new IBE, ISO Travel Solutions will also display the latest versions of the Web-based reservation system Pacific, the tourism CRM Emerald as well as “YourB2C App”, an app that lets tour operators sell their products via mobile devices. With the app, users can intuitively find and package hotels and flights.
