ISO Travel Solutions at ITB 2018
22 Feb 2018 – ISO Travel Solutions is again exhibiting at the world's largest tourism trade fair. Language assistants for tourism IT systems are this year’s focus of the Nuremberg-based tourism IT company. ISO Travel Solutions will be at stand 111 in hall 5.1.
At ITB 2018, we will present our latest developments in the field of language assistants – with Alexa support in the reservation system Pacific and CRM Emerald by ISO. With further applications for chatbots, call center systems and voice control of websites, ISO shows how language assistants will facilitate the daily work of travel professionals, even taking into account individual customer profiles and travel guidelines.
Pacific – expanded group module features
ISO has added a new offer module for group travel to its Pacific tour operator system.
It is now very simple to create offers for groups and process these – from the first inquiry to different versions of the offer up to the final booking.
With this module it is also possible to generate calculations including sets for groups of different sizes and complimentary seat calculation.
The system creates itineraries with basic and additional optional services just as quickly as travel history and quotation documents.
The group module now also has an improved contract module. It makes it possible to flexible purchase group quotas, downloads data easily and draws up contracts. The mass rebooking function has also been enhanced and can now quickly transfer service changes such as deadlines, properties, status or notes for a large number of transactions.
ISO Travel Solutions has extended its reservation system with a bus module for easy management of coaches, routes (distance and duration) as well as stops for getting on or off.
The new purchasing and contract modules are now laptop-capable and thus suitable for use by external buyers. Data generated while underway can be synchronized with the central system.
Internet Booking Engines
ISO has also greatly expanded the feature set of its Internet Booking Engines. A voice control was integrated in the IBEs, and the B2B functions and the multilingual support were extended. ISO’s portfolio includes specially designed IBEs for the specific needs of cruise operators, amusement parks and air travel.
In its tourism CRM Emerald, ISO has expanded the complaint management module.
