Web-based booking system for Theme Parks and Attractions
Pacific is your hub, where all services can be managed and booked. We can connect it online to your ticketing system and other booking systems of external service providers (e.g. for hotels, transfers, even flights). Your customers book all offered services directly in the underlying systems – without any manual reworking on your part. You can also manage and sell your own services in Pacific.
Simple, secure billing
To make payment as easy and secure as possible for your guests, all common payment methods can be integrated – from credit cards to PayPal. For our Pacific customers we cooperate with Telecash (Germany) and Adyen (USA) as well as various other payment providers. The billing takes place directly at the providers via a PCI DSS-secured page, so that payment data does not have to be stored in our system.
Pacific is steadily being developed further. We are currently working on the connection to Qsmart, a smartphone app (iOS, Android) for Express Pass tickets. Thus special guests at the park can enjoy preferred access simply by pulling out their mobile phone.

We use the content management system Magnolia for the administration of the description texts, pictures of the locations and videos. Magnolia is a cost-efficient open source solution, which we are successfully using together with Pacific. Magnolia Core does not require any licensing costs, yet covers a wide range of possibilities:
