Modul 1: Package Customizer

The Package Customizer allows the user to customize the services within a predefined package structure to suit personal preferences. The booking process starts with a calendar display that shows all package components with their dates and the lowest entry price and availability for each item.
 

Thus, your customers can immediately see when the services take place during the trip and at what price. By clicking on the travel component, the customer can adapt it to his or her individual needs, e.g. by selecting a different room category or adding or exchanging optional services. You, as the provider, generate additional sales through this upsell and cross-sell.

Modul 2: The Building Block Packager (Package Builder)

The Package Builder allows you to define a purchasing workflow that guides the user through the process. In doing so, it enables them to freely select and combine services.
 

The module packager is a booking route for online sales of travel services for consumers and travel agencies. You can pre-populate the Packager workflow with the individual travel modules, making them available for B2B or B2C sales.
 

The user goes through the preconfigured workflow and gets live vacancies of individual services based on travel dates and number of people to choose from. During the sales process, the user keeps an overview of the total price and can close the shopping cart for payment at any time.

All additional modules at a glance

The Package Builder guides your users through the booking workflow, offering them one package component at a time. Users can select the individual services and complete the booking. Each travel provider offers different services within such a package workflow. We accommodate this flexibility with the necessary add-on modules for your specific needs. You can integrate any type of travel service into this chain. And you can define the order how these travel services appear in the workflow.

Any of the following travel types and modules can be combined:

• Flights
• Accommodation
• Extras, tours and activities
• Rental car
• Transfers and Transport
• Dining and Restaurant
   

These services can be obtained from external provider systems such as GDS, bed banks, service providers, etc. Alternatively, you can load them manually into your own reservation system and CMS (Content Management System). The ISO Package Builder can manage both the external and the internal services and display them accordingly.

Each of the modules offers a list view and a map view for the best overview. The user can sort and filter all results and branch to the detail pages for more information. If available, rating information can also be displayed.

Additional module – Flights

The flight can serve as the starting point for planning a trip, afterwards the system will suggest other services.

The system can also offer the flight as an additional service if the customer has already booked other services, such as accommodation, tour or excursion. The flight service can be easily integrated into an existing package or individual service workflow.

Additional module – Accommodations

Offer your customers all types of accommodation services, i.e. hotels, apartments, villas, etc. with this module. After the user has selected an accommodation from the list of results, it is followed by a detailed view and finally it is added to the shopping cart.
 

The module also allows its user to efficiently filter and sort the results. A room selection page gives the user a clear view of prices, occupancy and availability.

Additional module – Extras, tours & activities

Your customer will be offered additional services depending on the specified travel date and the selected locations. Depending on the connected suppliers, these can be sightseeing tours, tickets to sights and attractions, meet & greet service and any other type of additional service you wish to offer. The customer can select one or more extras, for all or individual passengers on his booking. Depending on the selected extra, time and meeting/pick-up point can be specified.
