US Tour Operator - Ritz Tours California is implementing ISO’s flagship module OCEAN
Ritz Tours will roll out ISO’s tour operator solution suite OCEAN with a Sabre Retrieve functionality and TRAMS Back Office interface in the first phase of the project. A Sabre Online API and the ISO CRM "Emerald" will be added at the end of 2008. Ritz Tours will also add the ISO Web API "Travel XML" to fulfill its web strategy shortly.
The company processes reservations in its seven offices located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and is a member of the USTOA.
